Still unemployed till now?!!?

now its february already and till now i still unemployed which means i havent earn any money besides my business.I already tried to seek for part time jobs but most of them are occupied already and certain jobs requires Mandarin language as an advantage?! forgive me to say this but to me this is really is like some minor discrimination or even racism? i thought we are 1 Malaysia rite now so all opportunities are open for all...
