Bypass ISP throtlling on Rapidshare...

To certain users who are experiencing slow downloading speed from RS even though by using Premium accounts,this means that you are being throttled by your ISP and if you are living in Malaysia,throttling is normal as Malaysian ISP is having shortage in bandwidth causing users to being throttled to save the bandwidth.

Here's a little tool I coded in VB that you guys might find useful... but it only works for Premium users with direct download enabled. You'll need NET Framework 2.0 or newer to run it, and there's little error checking in the program so be careful when you enter the URL's.

The program also doubles as a link checker, though that's not the main purpose of the program. Let me know if there any problems and I'll try to fix it ASAP.

The file is clean, but for the paranoid ones you can upload the file to VirusTotal and see for yourself.
