Fresh Graduate Doctor...

After doing some research i just found that currently a fresh graduate doctor who is working for the government is paid around rm 3.8k for basic.So plus on call and allowance might be around rm 4k and do bear in mind that doctors at the governments works for free during weekends...
Doctors and only earn alot when they further their studies to became a specialist.Then salary will be around rm20k at government.And private does offer alot more that that...
